About Capital City Energy Solution
Capital City Energy Solutions, LLC. provides a comprehensive thermal review of residential and commercial properties using thermal cameras, simulation software and other related technologies. Thermal also provides advice for HVAC changes to allow building systems to operate more efficiently, as well as techniques to lower internal building loads and reject external solar loads.
Corey and Brad both come from the HVAC industry and have worked designing and inspecting building systems. We both went to the University of Dayton in Dayton Ohio and have been working in industry since we graduated. Brad has worked for the federal government inspecting building systems and working with contractors to complete projects on time and on budget. Corey has worked for an HVAC design firm designing HVAC system through out the state of Ohio. Together we offer a complete over site package from design to construction.
